Philosophy

 

Dalia's food philosophy focuses on sharing global cuisines and nourishing aspects of ingredients and meals from around the world. 

 

Her goal is to educate how food culture unifies us and the many ways we can heal ourselves through the dishes we eat.

Cooking for others is about taking care of them, showing them the utmost consideration for their wellbeing.

The age of 6, have been experimenting with things in the fridge and pantry and fed my siblings while both my parents worked full time.
