Raw Creamy Coconut Yogurt with Fruit and Granola
Am about to demystify making raw coconut yogurt! It is the easiest thing in the world. So easy you will probably smack your head at the simplicity, It is creamy and so lush, the hardest part of this recipe is ordering young thai coconut meat. This is an ingredient that can be found at Asian or Indian stores or you can order online here or might be able to find on Instacart depending on your location. Trust me, the purchase is worth it! You can use it to make soups, decadent dairy free chocolate puddings, and memorable indian chutneys. Personally I love it in this recipe because it tastes exactly like dairy yogurt without you know, the dairy which I prefer not to have in my own diet.
